Senior Leadership Team

Our Senior Leadership Team is the heartbeat of leadership: seeking God, supervising ministry and supporting relationships.

Appointed periodically by the church, the SLT they are clustered into “sector teams” responsible for all key areas of church life (Mission, Community, Spirituality, Life-Stages and Enabling).

The SLT focuses on

church purpose: drives vision and implementation
church development: oversees ministries through five “sector” subgroups
church health: gives pastoral and organisational support to ministry leaders.
church compliance: ensuring the church meets with statutory requirements as a regulated charity

Senior Pastor & Team Leader

Iain came back to Queen’s Park Baptist Church in September 2007 as Senior Pastor after having been Associate here from 1991-97. Iain is married to Anne and they have 2 daughters.

Brodie McGregor

Pastor for Mission and Community Life

Brodie joined the staff team in January 2020 having served in our Senior Leadership Team, and from 2003 to 2007 as Youth Pastor at QPBC. He is married to Alison and they have 3 sons.

Mairi Greenshields

Pastor: Children & Families

After serving as a children’s team volunteer for several years, Mairi joined the staff in 2015. She loves sharing Jesus’ love with kids and families. Mairi is married to John and they have 3 children.

Josh Silver

Youth, Student & Young Adult Lead

Josh joined Queen’s Park Baptist church in 2023 after leaving primary teaching. He loves sharing the Gospel, equipping others and seeking God’s voice. Josh is married to Torianne and has 2 sons.
