Hard to believe, but my six-week Sabbatical has come to an end.
The last few weeks have been a lovely mix of relaxation, refreshing and strengthening relationships. Thank you to everyone who made it possible for me to take this opportunity. Special mention to Helen and John Williams, James and Vivien Thorpe, Kirsty Hopkins, Isabel Wills (and, of course, the rest of the staff) who stepped in and covered for me in various ways.
A real highlight of my time away was the chance for John and me to spend a few days with Daniel and Ema from FAST in Romania. It was hard to believe that it was almost exactly 4 years since we had last been there with a team, but a look around the centre, the Mission Houses, and the site near Bran, soon showed a number of changes which confirmed the passing of time, as you can see from the pictures (below) of the Mission House at Zizin.

Ema, Daniel and the team send their greetings and thankfulness for the continued support, both financially and in prayer, that they have received from so many at QPBC. Our next step is to hopefully restart sending teams, so watch this space.
